Need help. My friend is getting married in 3/05. She is using Extravaganza Limousines. She went there the other day to make another payment and they are not there anymore and there is another company next door. They said they are doing all the contracts for them. She is really nervous because they were really rude and her wedding is in 3 months.
She only left them a deposit. I told her to lose it and leave them. I am using a company in brooklyn for my wedding. I gave her thier information, but i was wondering if anyone else heard of this company or if they have them booked and dont know about the closing of them.

Yes thats them. I hope no one else has this company booked and are going through the same thing. Did u do buss. with them since you work over there.

OMG I just called 516.482.4800 and they answered and I asked what company it was and they said Excalibur Extraveganza. I asked where they are located and they gave me the address across the street. I would have your friend call them asap!
My friend said that there is a new name for the company and that they are not in the same store. The are next door now. Seems a little bit shady to me
I know I see the office they were in empty but I just called the number and they said that they are Excalibur and they are located at 554 or whatever it is and that they are open until 6. Very very shadey. I would tell her to call and get her money back. My boss always used to use them. For some reason I think they have an office in Astoria or something. I rmember calling a 718 area code to book them.
Im going to tell her to call them and cancel. Are there any other brides out there that have them booked.
Ok my freind just called me. She called them she wanted to see the car that she booked. They told her that they cannot gurantee that they can show her the car. She now tells me their is a rumor that they do not have that car anymore. She told them that she wants her deposit back and they said they will get back to her.
Thanks debra i will let her know. I still cant belive she has to go through this. And now she is going through this she has spoken to a couple other brides that used this company and was not happy with the service on the day off. I guess that its to late now, but atleast maybe she can get a better company. I hope any other brides that have this company booked they will look into this as well.
