does anyone know of a place in smithtown, commack, st james or hauppauge that does eyebrow shaping with a string . dont know what it is called but heard it is less painful than waxing.. Please help!!!!

I have THE BEST place for you....It's in Setauket...in a professional park a few minutes down from Wild BY Nature Supermarket. It's called Nature's Touch. They do eyebrow threading, and they shaped my eyebrows awesome! I go every 2 weeks and they are the best. They also do great brazilian waxes! The number is: 631-941-4500

As far as the pain factor, I've had both done and I think threading hurts more! Waxing is a lot faster... threading is more like plucking, so it takes a while to finish. But good luck!

I haven't noticed a difference with how long it lasts, it's about the same. Threading can end up looking better because they can control the shape down to the hair... not like waxing where big clumps come off at once. Let us know how it works out!
