There is a good threading place in Hicksville on 107 they do a great job. and its $4 or $5 .

Puja and Preety salon it is in levittown. Take hempstead turnpike to the intersection of Kmart (on left) (not really there anymore) and waldbaums (on right) and make a left at that light. They are the first 'house' on the right...they do a great job and it's only like $5 or something. If you need more specific directions let me know.

I go there too if I cant get to the one in Hicksville. They are good too. Plus you are in and out in no time
