I am not sure if the one i go to is Femina, there are 2 places on jericho tpk in huntington station, across from the post office. I go to the one in the shopping center with the dunkin donuts. I love it!!!!

I just went last week and it was sooo painful. Is it usually that painfull or did the girl I go to not know what she was doing. I had eye and lip. I usually get waxed and it never hurts. I went in nassau county

I dont reccommend any threading. My friend went for her eyebrows and fact, (why the face , i never thought she had a hairy fact, but whatever) anyway, she broke out in a nasty rash that she actually had to seek medication for! Be careful if you have never done it!

I have been doing threading for some time. I think it is mildy painful-but it looks great. I have never had a rash- and my skin is extremely sensitive. Cartel on NY ave in huntington does a great job.

Since I have a very sensitive skin, I don't let them put anything on me when I go (cream, etc..). I put 'neosporine' on it immediatelly when I come home.

I would not say not to go threading because it did not work for one person you know. It just did not work out for her. It can happen anywhere for salons, waxing, facials, etc... Maybe it was just that place.

What you eat one day, time of the month, medications, etc... all of those are factors that could affect how your skin reacts.
