Eyebrow threading - Port Jeff Area

Anyone know of a good place to get eyebrows threaded around the Port Jeff area (NOT SUGAR, SUGAR!)? I'm home for the weekend and usually get them done in Hicksville, but would really like to get them touched up today! TIA

it's an alternative to eyebrow waxing - and in my opinion is MUCH better in terms of shaping your eyebrows. it's an indian thing.

Is it as painful as I've heard? Because I always thought waxing was painful, but I was able to get used to it, and now it doesnt faze me at all...

Its different for everyone. I was told it wouldn't hurt. But it did hurt. Its still way better than waxing, it doesn't thin your skin either. I suck it up for the 5 min. I get it done at Unique Threading in NYC on 7th and 36th, its only $6 and I get complements all the time! I dont know any out in Suffolk though.

i went to one on 106-107 but im gonna try pooja in levittown. it definetely DOES hurt. the pain ISNT as bad as waxing, however it takes about 5 minutes so it hurts more. i'm going on monday for mine since my wedding is on thursday. i'm not looking forward to it haha

thanks everyone.

i usually go to aaina in hicksville on 106 right after Delco Plaza on the left side. i usually have shamsha do my eyebrows, she is the owner and she is awesome.

the reason i would not go to sugar sugar in port jeff is b/c they thread, pluck and wax you when you go for a 'threading' and that's not how it is supposed to be done. there should be no wax or tweezing involved - just threading.

and yes, it DOES hurt. i've been doing it for years and it STILL hurts. but, my eyebrows look a thousand times better than they did when i waxed. it's worth it!
