ok i m sucha spaz with my makeup..i can never get it to stay on longer then the first hour of my work day lol.. i m looking for a long lasting silverish/lilac eyeshadow color...any have a recommendations? on a color, brand or way to make it last!!! thank you:)
I don't have a suggestion on what kind....do you use face powder? I have heard that if you put your face powder on your lids it helps to stop the eyeshadow from creasing.
My makeup lady told me to put a little bit of baby powder(just a teeny bit) to set your makeup. I did it on my wedding day and it lasted the whole day!
Clinique Touch base and Stila eyeshadow has always been a good combo for me. Stila makes lots of colors, I am sure you can find something in that shade.

i was going to suggest mac also... i have a purply silvery color that i love!
OH I LOVE make-up, not to wear alot but I have tried it all and i love experimenting and trying new colors and tricks...I cover my eyelid with concealer (sp?) first (which i feel gives the shadow something to stick to rather than appling to a bare lid) then apply my eyeshadow(I Agree MAC is best IMO) then once my shadow is done and before my mascara is put on I set the shadow with a tranclucent loose powder just brush a little over each lid with big blush brush....it lasts and stays great all day.
Ever since I started using Benefit's F.Y...Eye! I have been able to keep my eyeshadow on all day! I never thought that it would happen. BTW, I love anything by Benefit!
MAC eyeshadow, including the shimmery ones, stays on the longest for me as well.

I use Bare Minerals and have a lot of good luck with it. And they have lots of nice colors.
