facewash??????

does anyone know of a good face wash or moisturizer that contains sulfer besides Pro-active???? my skin has ALWAYS been clear as long as i take care of it(which i've always done), but for the past few months i've had these little needlepoint size bumps on my cheeks & chin...it's driving me crazy! it doesn't look like pimples, more like a rash...and although i can cover it with makeup and most dont notice it's just annoying...especially when someone DOES notice. i've seen previous posts about using face wash or moisturizer with sulfer in it for similar issues. any reccomendations?????? keep in mind i have pretty sensitive skin - i can barely use lotion without it breaking out...TIA!

I wouldnt even touch Pro Active. I tried it and made my face break out worse then it was before. My dermatologist told me that Pro Active is no good and not to use it!

I am not sure what you can use but I would go to the store and look at different brands. If there is nothing out there and its really bothering you find a dermatologist and have them prescribe something.

I get the same bumps and find that regular exfoliation works... I use St Ives scrub.

I use Neutrogena stress control and that seems to be working pretty well.

So many good products out there, the main thing to look for is OIL-FREE in everything you use on your face.

thankyou ladies for all your suggestions! i'm going to look into the murad & philosophy products....i use cetafil moisturizer since it's oil & scent free, but as for a wash i'm gonna try out the sulfur based washes and a good exfoliant and see how they do...i'll also definetly look into the cetaphil wash too & see whats in it... thanks again! u're all the greatest!

My dr. told me not to use MK products, as well as Almay.

I use Nicole Miller's line - I have very sensitive skin and everything would make me breakout or make my skin red, so I used to wash with just water, but my skin would dry out in the winter.

i have no problems with breakouts with her products, although I only use it ever other day.
