I know exactly what you mean... the 'we have time' is getting quite old... and 3 of my fav vendors just bumped up their prices $500+... I really want to book in 2010 b/c i dont want to know what the prices will be in 2011

I hear it everytime I bring it up!! Yes we do, but no we really don't...you know what I mean.
And now hunting season is coming up, I will not look until January...seriously.

i plan on doing photographer and dj this summer and i'm going dress shopping in August.

Yay for fall '11. I was originally a spring '11 bride but we needed more time to save money plus we were paying off other expenses so fall '11 it is! So far I only have

Reception (booked)
Guest list ready
Bridal party picked out

But I have a binder full of research ready to go and as soon as August comes, the booking will begin!

You can never have too much time to plan!

OMG! I feel so behind! (and my mom reads this and is now on my case about booking more!)

We have your RH and Church only

We're currently listening to what feels like a million bands to get the perfect fit! By the end of this month we have to have that set - then it's on to dresses!

We also booked and planned our e-party which will be in aug 7th at westbury manor! (and we book the DJ for that already :) )

I think the major things to have booked are:

Church or ceremony site
Have bridal party picked out

Photographer

All the rest can be done later on... I stress if i have a list of stuff to get done.. It will get done!!!

we have booked the RH, photography, DJ ,florist and video. Did my STDs but not sent yet. (i had free shipping code). I plan on booking the limos by this fall.

Well, my wedding was supposed to have been for later this year but it had to be pushed back for several reasons. So, now we have a date in mind for Fall 2011.
So far, I'm set with our church, my dress, and FH's wedding band.
