Not that I'm going to change my dress now, but I would just like to give my mom an honest 'scientific' answer to her problem with my strapless dress in the fall. If you're a FALL bride, are you wearing a strapless dress? Please answer my poll so I can print it out and show it to her EVERY time she asks. lol. I told her brides wear strapless in EVERY season. She doesn't seem to believe me.

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
I can't stand wearing strapless dresses and I really don't have a chest for it. I feel most comfortable in dresses with straps and that is what I chose.

I didn't, but not because it was fall...it's because I didn't want to.
Have your Mom look at the designers fall & winter lines...they're worn all year round!

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
my dress WAS strapless, but because I feel very self conscience about wearing strapless the designer made mine into a halter style dress. My BMs wore strapless dresses, as did my mother!
Im wearing a strapless dress. My mom didnt want me to get a strapless, but I loved it and had to get it. I am wearing a fur stole in case it is cold.

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
I'm in Nov. too and I'm wearing a strapless dress too. My friend got married in the end of May and she wore strapless and she was still so hot, she said she was hot from the crinolin & the adrenaline meanwhile all the other guests were freezing.

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
My sister wore a strapless dress on her October 9, 2005 wedding...It was pouring rain, and about 40 degrees, and no one thought it was weird...She also didn't even notice the cold because she was on cloud 9!

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
I owre a strapless dress in December, and honestly I never thought I would, but I prefer strapless over anything else. They will fit the dress to your body, it isn't going to go anywhere. Most of the dresses you'll find will be strapless.

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
I wore strapless & so did all my bridesmaids. The funny thing was that we got them shawls to go with their dresses & I didn't have anything & the week before my wedding it was so cold I went running around looking for something to put on and couldn't find anything so I said forget it. It turned out to be 75 degrees the day of my wedding I couldn't have asked for more--in fact I was sweating.
