Not that I'm going to change my dress now, but I would just like to give my mom an honest 'scientific' answer to her problem with my strapless dress in the fall. If you're a FALL bride, are you wearing a strapless dress? Please answer my poll so I can print it out and show it to her EVERY time she asks. lol. I told her brides wear strapless in EVERY season. She doesn't seem to believe me.

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
Im getting married in November and wearing a strapless dress. If you think about it rationally, will those two extra small pieces of fabric that make it not be strapless really keep you warm anyway? My mom was surprised there were so many strapless dresses only out there, but when she went dress shopping with me she realized that thats pretty much what people do now.

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
I was a November Bride and wore a strapless dress. I had a shawl made for when it was chilly at night and wore gloves and it was perfect!
My wedding is in October and I'm wearing a strapless gown. (just wanted to add supportive documentation for your mom's inspection!)
Thank you! I'm so happy I have all of this 'proof!' lol.

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
I'm not wearing strapless, my dress has spaghetti straps. I just feel completely uncomfortable in strapless, and as I said to a couple of saleswomen while looking at dresses - I'm one of those brides that will be out on the dance floor for most of the night with my arms raised over my head.

Strapless! Getting a shawl made in case it's chilly. My mother had an issue with it for a while but I think she's over it now.

Re: FALL BRIDES - Strapless Dress?
Even if I was getting married in the dead of winter, I would still wear a strapless gown, because I like they way I look in them. If you feel good in a strapless gown, you should wear one.

You can wear strapless these days for any season, a friend of mine got married in January a few years back and she wore a strapless. Plus there are sooo many beautiful strapless dresses out there today.
