Fall Bridesmaid Dresses

im on the hunt for a nice long bridesmaid dress that will be classy yet not exposed for my Fall wedding. I found one dress that had a beautiful collar and the back was covered...i think its called a queen ann neckline. Does anyone know of any similar style dresses or ones that will look seasonal so my girls dont freeze?

This is mine, but they will be in navy. I am going to give te girls fur shawls to wear that day in case it is cold since it will be November.
