those candle things are place cards right? i always wondered about those - do they get hot to the point where people can't pick them up? i was looking into them for myself before i changed to a day wedding but i was nervous that people would burn their fingers on the glass i love them though

I don't think that you need it to be fall to use fall colors but even if you did fall is right around the corner from your date. So I say go with it.

You want it, you should do it. Like other girls said, once school starts, it reminds me of fall. Who cares if it happens to be warm out that day. Go for it! I am too, I love the fall themed stuff for weddings!

that's how i always figure it's the fall season.. kids are back in school.. !! i think people associate seasons with months and not the dates they start a lot of the time. To me Beg. of sept is no longer summer it's fall... especially when i'm wearing a sweater to go get milk..lol.. and Nov is winter cause it's even colder..!!!
i think you'd be totally fine doing a fall theme in the middle of the month!!!! it's your wedding.. and i really don't think people will show up and say.. Oh it's way to early to be doing this.. they'll just think of how beautiful it all looks

I love the candy apple idea...i didn't think of that at all and I have always wanted a fall wedding from day one and FH loves candle apples!!! I think I am going to use that as facors since I was going to be doing a donation since we lost many important people that would be a part of our wedding if they were still here......i bet my bridal party can't wait to hear that I am going to recruit them to help me make 165 candy and caramel apples : )
