I am coming off my pill..........do you really think this method is safe if you really watch the signs and do your charting??

I highly recommend using fertilityfriend.com for your charting. FAM does work but you will need to either abstain or use barrier method during your fertile time. It will take a few months for your body to regulate after going off the pill so be carefull with DH for the first few months. Once your cycle regulates if you do the fam correctly it is as effective as the pill. Good luck and FM if you have any questions.
