If FH can't make a family function on his side of the family, do you go without him? ie, FH's Uncle's 60th Bday is this weekend and he can't go bc of work. I'm going without him because I like hanging out with his family.
If it was the other way around, I guess it would depend on the situation if FH would go without me.
Just wondering about you ladies

My FH's family doesn't live that close so I'm not really in that situation, but if I liked them I would definitely go. My FH just went turkey hunting (yes you read correctly) this past weekend, with all of my cousins husbands. He said it felt weird beign with my family without me but very cool.

i had to go to a wedding w/o FH- it was not as fun so i just stayed for the service and CH hour, and saw the couple have there first dance and then i left-they did not even sitting with FIL -just did not feel comfortable sitting by myself sooooo went home early-
