Family situations

Is there anyone who is not inviting members of their families? I am having some issues :(

I am not inviting alot of ppl from my dad's side of the family. I haven't spoken to most of them in over 12 years (since my parents have been divorced). My dad is fine with it, he understands.

Yes! There are 1st cousins that I really don't know on my Dad's side. They're so much older than me and have kids closer to my age, but still...we don't talk. Meanwhile...also on my Dad's side I have 3rd & 2nd cousins that I'm SO MUCH more closer too and am inviting them...I'm sure some drama may come of it, but...hey! It's our wedding, right!

Glad to know I'm not the only one... it involves my uncles/cousins that I really have not seen in a while.

The one I feel bad abuot is my grandmother, but my mother and her are not speaking, and she (grandmother) is the type who will cause a scene...

there was a situation with my cousin. shes 28 or so and she just got married a 1 1/2 ago. i was not invited to her wedding even though i was 21 she said no kids. i wasnt going to invite her to mine because it pissed me off but my dad told me i should. and fh said your screwing them out of a gift, and you didnt give anything. and he said your the better person.

we didnt invite my father's sister or brother.
we also didnt invite one of my 1st cousins...because she caused a scene at my cousin's wedding....but her sister was invited and is coming.

I am not inviting a cousin who I grew up with.

As a teen she had a 'thing' for my FH and he never bothered with her, so to I dont know be a child she does nothing about bad mouth him to EVERYBODY who will listen.

She drives me crazy. And its sad because I love her 2 sisters and they are so invited.

we have quite a few that we're not inviting. if we haven't seem them in god knows how long we're not inviting them and we're not inviting his sister who we do not get along with in the slightest.
