Fan programs?

Anyone have any pictures or templates for fan programs? It doesn't matter what kind (whether the program is just on a fan or the program itself fans out)...looking for ideas for our Florida wedding....in 19 days....AHHHHHHHHHH!

Thanks!!!!!!!
