Fantasia Bridal
Opinions anyone? I saw some Maggie Sottero dresses there that were amazing. But I did notice that there were two complaints filed under them in the last 3 years w/ the Better Business Bureau. Anyone with first-hand experiences good or bad?

Re: Fantasia Bridal
I am getting my wedding gown there and all of the bridesmaids dresses there. From my experience, they are the nicest and most caring of any bridal salons that I have been to. Too many times I have felt rushed and pushed aside by the people that work at the bridal salons, but I never felt like this so far at Fantasia. Their prices seem to be very reasonable more so than any other salon that I have been to. Good luck!!!!

Re: Fantasia Bridal
I got my wedding Dress from Fantasia Bridal and I have to say that they were consistently great. I usually don't like to rave/rant about a 'vendor' because others may not have the same experience as me but I was very happy with my experience with them. I'm really surprised that they have complaints against them.ETA: The women there seemed to really care and were always very helpful.
I had gotten my veil somewhere else and at my last fitting they were making sure everything was there to be steamed. She asked me where my veil was and I said home because I didn't buy it there. She said 'It doesn't matter bring it in so we can steam it. We want to make sure that everything is steamed and looks perfect for the big day.'

Re: Fantasia Bridal
I got my gown there and they have been wonderful...except for 1 thing. They told me I could make small payments on my dress because my wedding is so far away...then they took that back and said that the saleswoman should not have said that and that I had to pay them in full and take the dress (2 years before the wedding...ACK). They wound up saying that it was okay because I complained. So I am still paying slowly...but praying that nothing goes wrong now.Their staff really is great and helpful and gives you so much attention. I recommend them.

Re: Fantasia Bridal
I used to work right next door at RPJewelers-when I was leaving Fantasia was in the process of being sold- I don't know if the deal went through, but at the time it looked pretty solid. One of the girls on here's sister owns it and you could find out through her. Everyone (and I've known a ton of people) who have used them were happy!
