farmers almanac 2009!!??

Ok some might say its not true..

BUT last yeah for 2008 it said for our wedding it would be hot and sunny in October and Sure enough it was GORGEOUS the day of our wedding.


SOO who has the 2009 one?

Can't you also go to weather.com and go to their wedding day forecast to see what the history is for a particular date?

Is the farmer's almanac supposed to be even more accurate or something?

I did not know this existed! I just went. Its going to be about 54 degrees and potentially sunny. lol

Last year in 2008 someone posted about the dates and weather as per the Almanac.

It was soooo accurate!

i heard its pretty accurate which is scary bc it said like a huge storm rolling through aug 1-3

this is an overview for the year off their site... pretty accurate so far

Winter will be colder than normal, on average, primarily due to persistent cold temperatures throughout December. Other cold periods will occur in early and mid- to late January, early and mid-February, and early March. Precipitation will be near or slightly above normal, with below-normal snowfall in the north and above-normal snowfall in the south. The biggest snowstorm will occur in early March, with other snowy periods in late November, mid- and late December, early and late January, and mid-February.

April and May will be warmer than normal, with especially warm temperatures in late April. Rainfall will be slightly below normal.

Summer will be cooler and drier than normal, despite hot weather in mid- to late June and mid-July.

September and October will be cooler and drier than normal

Ok, so apparently I'm not as smart as I think I am. The snowstorm from the 4-6 was actually 2008, because 2009 starts November 08-october 09, because that makes sense. And it DID snow those days, because I remembered flipping a shiz fit if it snowed the same day in a year.

So the December 09 is actually included in the 2010 almanac, which isn't out yet, so that's one less thing I can worry and obsess over, for a few months at least.

As long as its not raining you can take pictures outside. I dont care if its 20 degrees outside. Everyone can be cold for a little bit to make me happy! (Bridezilla moment obviously!)

yep, an 09er posted all the dates a few months back and i asked her for mine and said 'lemme guess storm of the century??' and i said it bc i seem to have a black cloud over me... and she goes 'omg, how did you know?!?!?' thats when i
