Fat arms

Hi ladies,

I hate my arms and really want to do something about them. Do you know of any excercises that would tone them within one month? Thanks for your help!

Re: Fat arms

do you have 3-5 pound weights? if not i would get this and find an arm workout to use with the weights. Tammy lee webb has great arm workouts and if you do it a couple times a week you'll see a difference.

Also try boxing workouts.

Go on the channel exercise on demand. They have a bunch of exercises that target just the arms.

I have the same problem. I feel like mine look like this in my dress.

But I am too lazy to do anything about it.

also, this isn't an exercise, but keep in mind when taking photos not to put your arms against your body--it's all those photo taking tricks! When they're not pressed directly against your body they won't look so chubby

Thanks for the great info, but do you really think it will make that much of a difference in one month?

Pushups will make a difference in a month - try to do 12-15/night.

Pushups will get rid of this. I do anywhere from 20 - 40 a day and I've noticed that there is less skin bulging there.
