Father-Daughter dance

Hi everyone!

What is the song that your going to dance to with your dad?

I've already picked out the song that I want and I ALWAYS get teary-eyed when I listen to it. Am I being too emotional or is that just normal?!?

I've picked 'I loved her first' by Heartland for our dance AND my dad just told me he'll sing it for me as well. OMG. i think i'll need waterproof mascara for that! and extra napkins bec i know BOTH of us are going to cry.

I want to do something people dont really hear at weddings. I was thinking of either 'My Little Girl' by Tim McGraw or 'Ready Set Dont Go' by Billy Ray & Miley Cyrus. I'm probably go with the first.

I picked Father and Daughter by Paul Simon. It's not particularly mushy which works well for me and my dad.

Yeap, i was usuing Tim McGraw, but there is a line in that song that i jsut can not get passed..... So i think I am going old fashion and Doing Daddys little Girl by Al Martino.

I'm going to leave it up to my dad but believe he will pick 1 of these 2 songs...

Isn't she lovely ~ Stevie Wonder (that has always been our song since I was a baby)

or

What a Wonderful World ~ Louie Armstong (that was my brothers favorite song so I could see him picking it so we can both honor him)

Either way I am def going to cry!

my dad asked if he could dance with me to daddy's little girl. i hat ethat song put i said yes to him. i kind of felt bad cuz when my older sister got married him and her danced t butterfly kisses and he didn like that and now that my little sister is getting married she dont want that either. so im a sucker and said yes.
