I am picking a song to dance with my dad that has a more personal meaning to us. I used to make he and my mom sing 'somewhere out there' to me when I was little ALL the time and I watched the American Tail movie constantly. I even had a fivel doll that was like my security blanket so we are dancing to that song from the movie.
Fh is dancing to simple man with his mother. It's a song that sounds like advice given from a mother to her son.

in my life by the beatles- LOVE that song- FH is dacing to it with his mom but i think its appropriate for both

We're doing a dance where I dance with his dad and he dances with my mom... we're using 'In My Life' by The Beatles... we also considered 'What a Wonderful World' by Louis Armstrong, 'Through the Years' by Kenny Rogers and 'This is the Time to Remember' by Billy Joel
