Father's day

Don;t know if this was posted yet (and i'm too lazy now to do a search) but what is everyone getting their dad's for father's day. I'm on a budget but I don't think a handmade gift would cut it like when I was 5

Re: Father's day

We're on a budget too so FH, myself and my brother are going to get him tickets to a NY Jets game from this connection my brother made.

Bad thing is is that I'm going to want to go LOL....I can't afford to buy myself a ticket

Lol Miro!
Tammy-my dad's 45th b-day was just a few weeks ago and I got him Playstation (he's a kid at heart!) and now I don't want to spend much since that was pretty expensive for me---maybe i'll get him a game or extra controller

Re: Father's day

I brought my dad DVDs (the Cheers first season and Friends third season) and the Rolling Stones CD. My FFIL is so hard to shop for that FI and I decided to just take him out for dinner.

Tammy, I have the same problem as you because my dad's b-day is the 26th and FFIL's b-day is the 25th.

Re: Father's day

He's coming by me and we're going into town (Huntington) for lunch...then going to Caumsett Park to walk around. I might pick up a new Yankees book for him...or treat him to lunch. My 'gift giving' budget has been severely cut now that I have a wedding budget. Gah.

Re: Father's day

My sis and I got our hubbies a 'day' of kayaking and fishing (boys only) and then all of us going out to eat together. and then going to my brothers annual fathers day BBQ
My dad, I havent decided yet. I frame with JA & I LOVE NONNO on it, and maybe out to eat next week. He likes simple things...
