my father passed away two years ago...so i wont be able to dance with him... i will be making a slideshow of all of my pics with with him and put the song 'there you'll be' by faith hill- its a really beautiful song

That song used to make me cry when I was in middle school. I could never dance to that song with my dad otherwise I'd be hysterical.

That is the one I was thinking of doing as well. It is not overly lovey dovey. My Father and I are pretty estranged so I am just dancing with him out of obligation and I think this song is very neutral.

I am dancing to Funny Valentine (since i was born on Valentines Day) and have it turn into 'Take Me Out To The Ballgame' since he loves that song and everytime I ask him, 'what song do you want to dance to with me at my wedding,' he says, 'Take Me Out To THe Ballgame of course' I just shake my head and say no way so I think it would be a cute surprise!

My dad died when I was in highschool. So Im either going to dance with my mom, or dance with my mothers husband to Eddie money-two tickets to paradise. He likes that song.
Not sure yet. Im jealous of all you guys that get to dance with your dads though.

We're dancing to My Girl - he used to make home movies of me and play them to that song when I was little :)
