We are going to buy a ton of different ornaments and then put a personalized ribbon them with our names and date and hang them from a Christmas tree.

I originally wanted to do donation favors and maybe give little bags of peanuts and cracker jack (we have a Yankees theme) with that. But...my sister came up with the idea of giving beer mugs, since FH is a big ol' beer drinker, and it's very sporty! So we're gonna have the mug screenprinted with our names and whatever design my sis comes up with, and then we'll fill these huge mugs with a bag full of cracker jack (complete with prize!).
Get this- we got 25oz mugs at Dollar Tree!!!!! 25 oz- that is gigantic! I'm so excited!! (We're also gonna attach a little bag of peanuts to the placecards, which are made to look like tickets to a Yankee game- all very tasefully done of course!).
I can't wait to show pics...but of course we're nowhere near starting the favors!

I have a double heart theme for my wedding. I wanted to give out one favor that was inexpensive! I am giving out picture frames and displaying them as place card holders. I will attach a picture!
we're probably doing personalized playing cards and some chocolate with personlized labels. Me and Fh love to gamble and play cards and everyone loves chocolate!

Donation Favors.....
& Why? We both said we'd rather donate the money we would've spent on favors that some guests would just throw out. This is not to say giving favors is a bad idea, we just prefered to do it a different way.
We are doing the same thing and since we are doing a fall theme as well, we might do packets of tea instead of coffee and personalized m&m's

That is AWESOME! what a creative way to present them, plus they will always think of your wedding every year when they see the ornament!

I will have a small box personalized with FH and my name and dates...not sure if I want to fill it with candy or a candle...not sure why I am choosing it...thought it was cute. OH! and I am also handing out Thank you scrolls

We are doing a donation to the FDNY burn center.
We also had votives etched with the irish wedding knot so everyone will get one of those as well.
