I'm having a hard time coming up with a good favor. There have been a bunch of weddings in the family recently and I feel like all the good favor ideas are taken. Someone did the Lennox Spoon Rest, a set of espresso cups, ice bucket, wind chime, picture frame, bud vase...I could really use some suggestions. Thanks!

I am doing a set of salt and pepper shakers that are stainless steel in the shape of pears. They come in a bag with a ribbon and tag that says 'the perdect pair'
OK, question: where do you get personalized wine???? How do you know it's a good wine? I think it's a great idea (also never been done before)!

We got it from Brotherhood Winery upstate in Orange County, but we know that winery well and drank a lot of wine from there they are small half-bottles, and they do the personalized labels for us. I think other wineries out east on LI might do it, and maybe some wine stores.

We did Mikasa wine stoppers. They were a hit and it is great to go to friends and family's homes and see them using them.
If you do not like the heart we picked there is also other styles. Just do a search for Mikasa wine stoppers on google.
Some one on this site gave out coasters. I thougth that was a great idea.

I am making my own.. Since I am getting married in the spring, I am putting together a package of seeds in a terra cot pot with a cute saying about growing the seeds.. I cant seem to find the saying right now, but it goes something like this.. when you plant these seeds and when they bloom, always remember the love that was shared between the bride and groom

if you're gonna do favors, do edible favors. chocolate or truffles are always a hit, just don't let them melt if you're in the summer!

Here are a couple of websites I checked out before making my final decision:
Specialty Wines - Wines, champagne, jelly beans in champagne bottles.
Wrap with Us - they have every favor you can think of inlcuding the salt & pepper shakers, coasters, bottle stoppers, oil&vinegar bottles, ice cream scoops, etc.

Personalized M&Ms! You can choose 2 different colors, and 2 messages! We're using our names as one message and our date as another!

We're putting them in little heart containers that we got on sale - 150 for $75!!!
I dont' have a picture yet of the ones I did, but these were awesome!
I ordered these and used the first coaster as the place card, second coaster as a thank you, and the last 2 with a quote and good will message.
I have 72 left. If anyone is interested fm and let me know. People loved them!

We did 3. The main one was a bottle of Pugliese Blush Table wine. Pics of all 3 in my review (posted in The Bride's Review board). Good luck!

We did ice cream scoopers woth almonds inside. It was a really big hit.
We also had 5 bowls of roses as our centerpiece and at the end of the night each couple got to take home a bowl of vases. It served as favors and centerpieces.
