Favor Ideas

Please help!!!

I am having a candy buffet at my wedding and though my FH thinks it's enough, I'm not sure that it is. My mother also says that I need to give an additional favor, but I have no clue what to give. I hate giving and getting things people can't or won't use! That's why the candy buffet is a definite!

Any help??? About 70-80 guests.

How about a favor that doubles as a placecard holder?

Do you have a theme?

We're doing magnet placecards (to make it a little different than the norm)

As far as theme goes, we're doing mainly pink and green, no big huge theme. I want things to follow the colors and we have hints of chinese stuff. No, we're not chinese or asian, we just love chinese food, it's like our staple. So, we have take-out containers for the candy buffet, chinese fans for the ceremony, and that's about it for the whole chinese thing! We're really just keeping it small and low-key.

This is why I'm having trouble thinking about what to do. My sister had a great favor along with her candy buffet. She made photo albums for each of the pairs at the wedding (and the singles received their own). I thought it was awesome as I am keeping that in my house as her wedding album. But I've already heard from cousins, they gave theirs away! So all that time she put into them was a waste...makes me second-guess anything else

I think the candy is enough personally. We all go so overboard, I would rather have candy then a piece of junk I will put in a draw and never use (even though thats what I am giving people.)
