We're getting married around Christmas so we're doing a sugar cookie mix that will be placed in a fabric bag (of my choice and I'm searching for the perfect fabric right now) and assorted Christmas themed cookie cutters will be attached with a ribbon and the recipe will be attached to a card with our names on it.

Re: Favor Ideas?
We made a donation to our favorite charity, which happens to be CARE International, and we had small scrolls made telling everyone and thanking them for coming. We attached the scrolls with personalized ribbons to tulle rounds filled with small chocolates foil wrapped to look like the earth (get it-international)
People absolutely loved them. We also put a pamphlet from CARE International on each table.
We're doing full bottles of wine from Duckwalk. We got Windmill Red and Windmill White. We are giving one bottle/couple. They are putting the bottles in clear bags and we didn't like their ribbon choices, so my Mom bought us personalized ribbon with our names and date and we are going to tie them on the bottles. You get a discount when you buy the bottles in bulk.
