I hope I am not sounding needy, BUT I really could use your support and help!
I was so excited this morning when my fiance told me our favors arrived in the mail...
Unfortunately...after going through every favor with my mom...there is noticeable damage to EVERY favor! Every espresso cup has noticeable chips, scratches, bubbles under the paint, huge black spots or the box it is in is damaged!
I am so upset! I was so happy to have completed this big check and now I am starting from square one again..
I am literally in tears! I just calmed myself down.
Do any of you have suggestions as to where I can go, on Long Island, to see favors in person and purchase new favors?
I am sorry if I sound whiny...I am just so disappointed and upset!

So sorry to hear this!!!! Idk where you got them but wrap with us in syosset has an online store and a warehouse. Hope this All works our for you!

Don't feel bad. I would go to Wrap with us. They are open Friday and Saturday. Check them out.

My sister ran into the same problem. She ordered expresso cups and about 40% had a defect. She did not want to re-order and hope for the best. Call the company and if they give you a problem about returning at their expense file a dispute with your credit card company.

Aww, I'm so sorry to hear they weren't what you expected Check out Star Track in Farmingdale, they have a TON of favors that you can see in person and buy in bulk. Good luck!

I agree! I'm sorry you had to go through this - check out Long Island Wedding Boutique - they have favors in their store I believe. Good Luck & don't let this upset you!

Im so sorry that happened to you. I got my favors from here: http://www.myfairytaleaffairs.com/ I also got my daughters baptism favors from there. Everyone is super nice and you can see all of the favors before you buy. They have espresso cup sets if you still want to go with that.

doyouneedafavor.com...I emailed them last night and the responded this morning...
for their supplier they needed photos of the damaged items so my fiance sent like 10 photos of examples of defects and damages. They said they 'really want to work with us' but they haven't specified how they are doing that yet.
It may not be the actual company, just their supplier...but still...its so stressful to have to deal with this!

I'm working on that now...my fiance and I both said we would just like a refund, not exchange them...but we haven't heard back yet.
