For favors, i was going to order these cute bride and groom boxes and fill them with the 'just married' Hershey Kisses. Should I leave the boxes as is or do some sort of Ribbon or Sticker to personalize it? Also, put them on the tables, one per guest or have a favor table where they take it on the way out? TIA for your opinions!
I think it looks good just as it is... don't think you need to personalize it!!!
I would put a few at each table, I think they will look good on the tables.

I think you should leave them plain. They look cute as it.
I wouldn't put them on a favor table. My concern with favor tables is that greedy guests will take more than one and there will be some people who don't get a favor because of that.

the boxes are a very cute idea. i dont think you need to personalize them. plain they look fine also.

Very cute, but definitely not on the favor table unless you plan to order like 2000 of them!
