I voted for the Yankee candle, Kim. I think it is sooooo original and very cute idea....and com'on...who doesn't like the smell of a Vanilla Cupcake? Bottom line...You are never going to find something that every guest will like.

I say go for it!

ditto. If it's something that hasn't been done in your family, go for it. At least when you have leftovers your house will smell delicious!!

Love the 'Wedding Day' scent idea though, that's cute!

i love the idea of the yankee candle. as for the guys not taking them....some might not but i know my FH is the one that actually goes around and lights the candles here. and it might sound bad but if they don`t like the sent you choose (and who wouldn`t love a cupcake!?) they can always go exchange it!!!

Laura, our colors are Black and Fuschia. We are not doing any fall theme at all. I dont know if a fall themed favor would work.

I am open to more suggestions!!! We are stumpped!

Whichever you do, candles or other, you can always jazz it up with favor tags with your wedding colors or ribbons

Kim, I will fess up for the 'keep looking 'vote. I have on occasion thrown out a candle favor .
I think its a great idea but I think about how much you will spend on them and wonder if someone like me would use it or not.
I have so many, too much and I will go as far as saying i have gotten so many that I have regifted (gasp!!) They were partylite and in my defense very nice but not my favorite scent.
Sorry.. but I like the wine stopper/ pourer favor- no drips.

That candle ROCKS.

But be careful....I heard it might be discontinued soon!!!! Buttercream and Christmas Cookie are similar - if it does become discontinued!!!

Hope it is not discontinued soon! Then I have to buy 100 to keep my apartment smelling bakery fresh! (((with out ME gaining 100 lbs. from eating bake goods!)))
