I normally order from wrapwithus.com they are FANTASTIC, but favorwarehouse.com had a better price and a few other things i wanted.... totally regret placing my order with them.. its been 7 days and i have sent 4!!!!! emails noone has gotten back to me and when i check my order status it says....'new order/pending' HELLOOOO its not newwwwwwwwww its a week old
their site says your order will ship within 1-5 days!! i have NO personalized items.. that i could understand holding it up.. but nope just throw in a box and ship...
im angry!!!! i just want my stupid favors NOW
favorwarehouse.com is not making me happy right now!

That s*cks!! I ordered from them and had no problems. I am sorry you are having to deal with this. Hopefully it was sent and their website is not updated. Do they have a phone# listed?

I would keep calling-constantly! Nothing should be holding it up but as the above said maybe they just havent updated their records ( i know idiots )try not to worry too much about it

totally gonna call tomorrow was too busy at work today to do so... they do have the number posted on the site.. im hoping its just a mistake and my favors just show up!.. so mad at myself wrap with us rules .. i had to get that extra stuff they didnt have!

I ordered favors from them and it took awhile too.. I actually called them & it turned out they never processed the order.... Big fat F in my book!

better then that... the order didn't ship? If you get them on the phone, CANCEL THE ORDER, and order it from the store you like
I've done that with a christmas present for my mom. Discovered the bad BBB reviews, and saw my order being 'processed' for too long, so I canceled the whole thing, and got it from a more reliable store....

soo just a quick update.. i called.. their 'main' mail box voicemail thing was full.. so it transferred me automtically to some chicks voicemail... if i dont get a call back by noon im goign to call back AGAIN and then try to cancel... good thing i paid with my visa! i can dispute the charges etc if this thing goes on too long.. i just hope its resovled today!! i hate drama, i just want my bottle openers!.. first and only real crud ive had to deal wtih
