Favor Website Vendor RAVE!!
For a while, I was not sure what I wanted to do for favors. I knew I wanted to do part donation (my dad died when I was 16 and I wanted to do a donation in his memory) but I also wanted my guests to take something home that is useful and will remind them of my wedding. After spending time searching the web (during work hehe!) I found these adorable favors!! They are Parmesan/ Red Pepper Shakers and since my fiance and I are Italian, we thought these would be perfect. They cost anywhere from $2-$5 each depending on the site. I ended up finding them for $1.49 on a website called Little Things Favors (littlethingsfavors.com) so I ordered 1. I was not expecting much because this the price seemed so cheap. My fiance and I loved it!! It was glass (not plastic!), with a metal screw on cap, wrapped in a box with a white bow and it was cute!! So of course we then placed the order for 110 more, costing us $165 total.
When we received the order, we found that 4 of them had defects (2 had small chips in the glass and 2 had air bubbles in the glass). Because customer service already closed for the day, I e-mailed them explaining my disappointment and told them I would call to follow up on Monday. On Monday I called and the woman who answered says 'Are you Kristen? We received your e-mail and already forwarded it to the warehouse- they will be sending you 4 replacements'. What made me happier was that they rushed the order and I received my free replacements today- just 4 days after calling!
I highly recommend this company for favors due to their prices, quality and customer service- and they also have other bridal items. If you do a google search, you can also find coupons for at least 15% off. Let me know if you have any questions but I just wanted to let you girls know!!
