I think I actually started receiving them because I shop online for Patrick's nieces and nephew, and have their gifts shipped to them.
Once the catalogues started coming I was hooked!

Wow, some of that stuff is gorgeous but...could it be any more overpriced?? Maybe I am just looking at it with a one salary pocketbook these days.
