Re: Favorite Font?

If you use the fillable fonts from CK, or like any of the Alphabets from Lettering Delights, they are having a $1 sale to celebrate their new website design.

I got about $90 worth of fonts for about $35.

Lisa - I blame you for this for turning me on to the CK fonts

Oh yeah - hurry, the sale is only until the 13th - Saturday.

That Cezanne is nice though

CK = Creating Keepsakes. It's software program marketed towards scrapbookers for titles & journalling.

Karen - thank you for reminding me about the LD sale. I was browsing the other day but need to look into it more:D

(Notice I said 'Need' ...LOL)

Re: Favorite Font?

CK -
Creating Keepsakes

They have font packages and fillable letters where you can change the colors and fill textures.

This has some fun picture-type fonts:

Lettering Delights

Here's an example

Re: Favorite Font?

Lisa...is it something I may have?

Re: Favorite Font?

Yabbo: Is american scribe something you can share with me? I love that?

Lisa: Do you have Bickham script? They have an ornaments typeface that is sort of like that character except a little more fancy. I cant find a snapshot of the whole thing but i used it for this

Re: Favorite Font?

Stef...I dont have that font!! I cant find it for free!!! I may have to break down and buy it!!

Re: Favorite Font?

Stef...I have the demo of American scribe...there is an entire set that I would love to get - but I cannot spend $150!!!

so the demo is missing the 'e' of course...lol...so I usually use it together with another font...like Pushkin

but I will find it for free one day...

Re: Favorite Font?

is it me...or do you guys think that fonts should be free...as I do??

buying for fonts kills me!!!

yabbobay Posted: Mar 11, 2004 08:06 PM

Re: Favorite Font?

good news from DH...I asked him if he could crack my 'e' problem...and he said there are font designing programs...

so we could just get the picture of the font and then put it into the design program....

Lisa...I have bickham - I'll send to you
