Same here.
Actually we went to a showcase where my caterer made filet mignon burgers with bbq sauce and carmelized onions. Those were great and I am not a big fan of red meat.

my friend had a sushi and dumpling station at her wedding. Delish! Baby lamb chops, pigs in a blanket, shrimp cocktail/raw bar. Oh, and my friend also had a peking duck station which was amazing!!!

my dad makes this thing that sounds completely nasty but its so yummy! you mix mayo with grated cheese and onion and then put it on one of those party ryes and toast it- its soooo good!
My aunt used to make something like this and I always thought it was sooooo delish!!! I love all hors d'oevours...My favs are baked clams, mozzarella sticks, mini quiches, bruchetta and soooo many more!!!

My dad makes the best grilled appetizer:
He puts cream cheese on the head of asparagus, then wraps it in swiss cheese and then proscuitto. Then he grills them. They are the best!

favorite would prob have to be bruschetta, but there are sooo many! part of why we are taking pix before the ceremony --- wouldn't want to miss the CH! We are having something like 15 passed hors d'oevours and I don't wanna miss any of my CH!!!

i also like brushetta. i have about 12 of those yesterday at an eparty. my FH was like STOP!
i'm w the brushetta too...oh and i went to a wedding last year and got so excited about the brie, i made 4 trips back for more. it's the best cheese ever.

AT my old job we used to pass coconut shrimp with a mango dipping sauce and tuna tartar on a wonton crisp. Those were fricken awesome.

i have to agree with pigs in a blanket - i honestly think that i would NEVER ever stop eating them like if there was an endless supply of them i could eat them FOREVER
and i also love any type of cheese and cracker!

I have to agree with most of you girls..pigs in a blanket is my fav!! And I am not even a fan of hot dogs, but the little ones are just yum
