56th fighter group on route 110 in farmingdale has a nice brunch.

I know it is on the North Shore, but I love the Bonwit Inn for brunch.

close to suffolk..

i hear lots of good things about Jones beach boardwalk restaurant for their brunch buffet..
made to order omlet station, waffle station with different topings including bananas foster..
and many other things
