FH's ideas are the diner scene from 'When Harry met Sally', the airplane scene from 'The Wedding Singer', the lobster scene from 'Annie Hall', etc.
I'm not allowed to say what he is planning, but I'm probably gonna have to make a fool of myself.

-The pottery scene from Ghost. -The 'flying scene' from Titanic when Jack holds Rose at the front of the boat.

the scene at the end of how to lose a guy in 10 days when she's in the cab going to her interview and he makes the cab pull over while he's driving on the motorcycle.
or the scene when she's drunk at the jewelry event and they start singing 'you're so vain' to each other, but they change the lyrics.

I totally agree with both and the scene in Ghost when he makes the penny slide up the door and float to her makes me cry EVERY time. swoon.
I also love a lot of scenes from dirty dancing like when he's teaching her to dance and she keeps laughing because her armpit's ticklish and of course the final big dance.
I just realized you said romantic comedy so maybe these scenes aren't too funny and more romantic

ALSO, the shower scene in How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days. I love the song that plays in the background.
and...
I LOVE the movie Wicker Park. The scene at the end where he finds her in the airport crouched down with her back turned to him and another great song is playing. Obsessed with that too.
