Favoritism on the job

Does any experience where the boss favors some co workers over others. By me, the people that are on the internet during theday, she shows favoritsm. She says she treats everyone the same. That's just pure b.s. it just get me crazy when I bust my but to get the wrok done while they goof off. I hope this isn't the norm how supervisors treats there workers. Her boss wont do anything if I would talk to her about it.

I don;t even want to go into the full extent of favoritism:

BUT....one of my co-workers who has the same title as me, was PROMOTED and got a huge pay increase, while I was told, I will get the opportunity in November...AFTER my wedding, 'to see what your plans are' after I had told them from the beginning I was planning on staying in RI and working....

And as if that is not enough, every opportunity they get, (the Stupidvisors) make the point known that she will be doig this, she will be doing that..etc..etc..
