We're going to make a donation and write something out on a scroll to explain. Any suggestions for the best way to present it?

That sounds like a great idea!!! I am doing the same thing. I think some organizations may have some ideas to show you for weddings. I would contact the organization you want to donate to and ask them. THere might also be examples on the internet.....
