We're still not sure exactly, but most likely we'll do some sort of edible favor and then donations to our favorite charities

we're thinking of doing recipe books/cards. my original plan was to make and design them myself, but i'm afraid that will take too much time and effort so i'm going to look around and see if i can find anyone to make them for me. but we might end up with something else if it ends up being way expensive!!

FH ONLY request is that we do the personalized playing cards. But I think i'm either going to do mini wine bottles (i love a good vino) or a CD (something to play cards to....LOL)

We are probably going to do the recipe books also!! A lady at my job gave me the idea. Her niece had done it and had everyone invited submit a recipe. The end result was a recipe book with both families favorite recipes-Loved it!! Check out www.morriscookbooks.com, you can request the cookbook kit, I was so impressed with what they sent. They send you three sample cookbook all filled with actual recipes and the software to type the recipes up yourself to save some $$! I thought the prices were pretty reasonable. HTH

we are doing personalized votive candles, wrapped in a box, with a ribbon around it. for the placecards we are doing mints with their names and table #'s on it.

Please FM me with a pic if you do that because I was thking of doing the same thing with cookie recipes. I am probbaly doing a leaf cookie cutter with it. I have been playing around with the idea for a while. When I think of fall I think of baking. I am still stuck!

we are doing donations to the Amercian Cancer society and to st judes and we are also doing cds and chocolates (i am doing the cds and chocolates myself well with help of friends ... )

One of the vendors on here - A touch of sparkle has some really cute stuff. I just ordered a sample of a mikasa heart dish. I was thinking of doing these with personalized M&M's.
We got tiffany blue boxes and will let our guests fill them up at the candy buffet, and we'll probably do a donation and display a certificate or poem or whatever by the candy.
