We're doing favors. I don't think I've even been to a wedding without a favor.....not that it's wrong but I'm just sayin'.

I have been to weddings without favors, and I also know a lot of people who have not done favors.

I don't think it's a bad way to cut corners. I mean... yea, it's nice to get a token of appreciation, but I don't know anyone who goes to non celebrity weddings fro the favors you know?

It's not like you are saying come to my party and bring me money/gifts and get nothing in return... You provide your guests with food, and drink, and entertainment for hours.

I think it's totally acceptable to not give favors.

With that said... we'll be doing favors because like i said earlier I LOOOOVE favor stuff. Even if everyone leaves them on the table i want to do them because that just means i'll have more to keep for myself.

I sure dont lol. I dont need anymore picture frames or lil bride and groom statues. Give me cookies or candy and I'll be happy.

FH and I arent sure what to do about favors. Heres an idea we thought would be funny, but NO one would get it. I said we should go to the dollar store and buy 100 random objects: spoons, shoehorns, pet toys, little statues shaped like Jesus, and randomly give a different one to every person. I'd love to see the look on someones face when they unwrap the favor and see a can of outdated refried beans.
