Re: favors
You could always make your own candy bar.

Re: favors
I agree- you can always make your own candy bar. That might be less expensive.
I want to do something practical for favors...just not sure what yet! Maybe mini wine bottles?

Re: favors
I was thinking of setting up a table on the way out for guests to pick up their favors.
Going to put out shot glasses that read 'I went to Austin & Jenn's wedding & all i got was this lousy shot glass' and then another tale with mini bottles of liquor to pair with it.

Re: favors
We will be giving out wine bottles for favors. FH's uncle makes realllllly good wine, so he will do it for us and then we'll just wrap them up pretty.

Re: favors
I was thinking of getting jars that have closeable lids and just filling them with candy instead of the candy bar.

that was one of our other ideas too, what candy do you think you will use?
this wasn't the website I was thinking of, but it might be of some help to you. I'm going to keep looking to see if I can find the one I was talking about.

Re: favors
We are thinking of doing M&M's with our names and wedding date. You can go to their website. Also, try My Cookie Jar - they have really cute stuff!! I have an issue with pictures on things your guests will eat. It is weird to think of someone to lick or bite your face! Also, we are lucky to have about $1500 budget because it is a gift from my FH grandfather but we are donating $1000 and with the other $500 using it for the M&M's and packaging. If it was our own $ I wouldn't spend more than $800.
