Im trying to look for favors but they are all so typical any suggestions?

I think it depends on what is the theme of your wedding as well. I know this site has all kinds of promotion going on :

Below are some popular favors:
Bottle stoppers, bottle opener, coasters, bookmarks etc.

If your budget allows, you could personalize them as well.

In addition, edible wedding favors such as chocolates are fine as well.

favors have been a HUGE headache for me - not that it should be but I've been trying to find something that doesn't cost too much and isn't going to go to waste so I think we are either going to go with single serve champagne bottles or mini wine bottles, one per person.

ETA - donations or edibles are probably the best way to go but we got some strange looks from parents on the donation idea and we already have a VH so we didn't want to do truffles or candy.

We did Photobooth picture favors...since everyone loves pictures and it was a big hit!

we did a set of four Ice Cream bowls. They were nice big size bowls as well and were such a huge hit!

My FH is into cars and we've decided to do personalized car air fresheners. The valet parkers will put them in the car for when the guests are leaving the reception.

We are doing a candy buffet at the end. I just bought a bunch of jars from a fantastic 2011 bride and I also bought little chinese food containers to put it in, with stickers to put on the side of the boxes.
