Are you girls giving anything as a favor at your rehearsal dinner? We're doing a donation as the favor at our wedding (and a small frame that will serve as place card). Do most people do something at the RD also? FH and I are paying for the RD at this point, so this one is up to us not FILs....

When does it all end??? This is why weddings cost $40,000. i say no to this as well as invites for the rehearsal dinner too! I nearly fell of my chair when someone asked me what i was doing for rehearsal invites!! JMHO
No because thats where you give the BP and the parents their TY gifts, so favors are not necessary.

Good - this is what I like to hear! I've been to a few lately where there have been and was just wondering if it had become usual. Glad I can count this out as an expense!

Right thats what we did- gave out the gifts and the favors were M&Ms with our names and date sprinkled on their dessert choice. forgot to add we also had it at chateau briands Europa where they had a full course meal -like a mini wedding and open bar so they were well taken care of- no need for a favor to take home and we had 45 people!
