Favors by special ed. children

I saw these really cute 'tools'(coffee scooper, screwdriver, ect) that were called 'cute tools' made by 'art for a cause'. They are tools painted by children with disabilities and a portion of the money goes to the charity. They are also gift wrapped. I wanted to use these for my favors (i am a teacher/fh is an electrician) but they are about $15 a piece. Does anyone know if there is anything similar to this idea but is a little cheaper?? I really want these but cant spend over 1000 on favors! Thanks!

Ok I got this from work today. I work at AHRC Nassau.

'Here at AHRC Nassau we have been having our individuals produce a variety of products. Some of the products are donated to children, seniors or puppies at the animal shelters. We also display our products at libraries and the mall. We do not sell the products but some people will make donations to us. We then donate these funds to charities on Long Island.

Here is a list of some of the products we have created:

Wine stoppers
Flower vases made out of recycled water bottles
Bracelets and necklaces made out of beads
Toys for puppies made out of socks
Wine glass charms
Bookmarks
Candles
Pins and magnets made out of puzzle pieces
Snowmen made out of light bulbs
Christmas ornaments
Pencil holders
Picture frames made out of wooden sticks
Pot holders
Flower Pens'

Let me know if you have any other questions.
