Ok ladies, now that my wedding is over and done with, my brother is getting married in Oct!! I am speaking with the MOH about favors for his fiance's bridal shower...any ideas?? You don't think about these things as a bride!!!

My SIL is makeing chocolates as favors, which I thought was a nice personal touch. I've also seen small african violets, and heard they are not too expensive.

Another girl on this board is doing wine glass charms for favors.. i think this is a great bridal shower favor, they come in many themes.. and you could do a wedding theme, like one charm a wedding cake, one a ring..ect.. you can have them all silver or gold, or beaded in any color..

For my brother's finace's shower we did these pretty flowered potted plants. We used some as centerpieces and scattered the rest around the room. It looked so pretty. People thought they were part of the room...

For my shower the favors were large metal cookie cutters in a clear bag which also had recipe cards and chocolate kisses and tied in ribbon.Everyone loved them.

What I have seen - all were great: Chocolate lollipops Candles Wine glasses, frosted with a butterfly Personalized chocolate bars napkin rings mini wine bottles small photo albums

I think Christmas Ornaments would be really nice, since the holidays are right around the corner at that time. I am a huge fan of the non-knick-knack type of favor. Cindy's mom did Harry & James Champagne Honey Mustard jars and everyone loved them. I think flower type gifts are nice, so are pretty soaps or bubble bath.
for my shower they gave out small planted pots...my sister and her friend hand painted them
for my sisters shower I am pinning those messh sponges to a styrofoam ball and making it inot a tree and then making soaps in my sisters colors...
