Favors for guests

I am having a seating chart posted instead of place cards or placing the guests' gifts (picture frame) as a place card holder.

I plan on wrapping the gift, but I purchased the gifts as one per couple. Do you think I should get name tags for the gifts and place on their respective table? If so, where could I get tags. Or should I have a gift table in the cocktail hour room? I don't know what to do... help

I gave out full sized wine bottles - one per couple. We just put them on the table, it was obvious that it was one per couple and there was no confusion the day of. You don't have to label them.

I agree! One per couple is standard I think and people are not that oblivious to it. I worried about it too but you kind of get the idea once you are sitting down

orientaltrading.com has inexpensive gift tags...you lost me with the rest....

i'm doing a double set of placecards, the 1st will be each couple or individual's name & table # on the placecard table, and a seating chart of the ballroom displayed, and then in the ballroom at each individual seat another personal placecard sitting on top of a box (shaped like a gift) inside the box will be almond jordan candy, each place setting will have a menu as well, also on the table in 2 picture frames will be a love poem and mini-reception program and last will be thank you scrolls at each setting as for the favors our BP will personally hand them out to each individual or couple and yes they'll have name tags on them...this is not counting the CP, plates, glasses, and everything else on the table
