So i want to give my guests something practical. Should I give shot glasses with our names on it or photo costers that come in sets of 2. The coasters would have to have tags with our names on it unless i find glass etching for cheap

def the coasters...shot glasses arent really classy enough in my opinion for a wedding. and i wouldnt want to display or really use a shot glass with peoples names on it

Coasters all the way. So true about it not being 'classy' (sorry to anyone who is doing this). Shot glass favors I would do for an engagement party (maybe) or even better - bachelorette party!

If you want something that people will most likely use, I say coasters. If you want something that most people will use as decoration I say the shot glasses. Alot of people that I know collect shot glasses....esp. from different countries and states.
