FAVORS....Becareful what you buy at

I just bought 120 European favors from wrap with us in syosset. I ordered 120 D'Moda heart shaped leaf dishes and received 120 heart shaped dishes with rose design. When I called to complain they told me it was my responsibility to unwrap 120 items at the warehouse. Very disgusted and upset, I kept the favors. I wrapped 60 of them. My husband asked to see one of the favors that he just spent close to 800.00 on. I opened a box and found one with a large chip. Then I opened another to find one with missing paint....then another that looked like it was stuck in the machine that made it....then another and another. I opened 12 and on 2 were good. I had to unwrap the 60 items I had just wrapped to inspect them. Needless to say out of 120 58 had to go back to the store. We picked up the 58 and two had to go back. I asked them to ship the two to me and the two they sent were rectangular leaf dishes...not even remotely close to what I ordered. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they treat you are worthless to them. I will never buy from them again. If you purchase anything from them make sure you inspect every item.
