favorwarehouse.com is AWFUL!

I placed an order for 200 placecard holders on March 3. I checked the order status several times and it kept saying 'in process', which by their description means nothing has been done to process the order yet, nothing is getting prepared to get shipped yet. The holders were listed as being in stock though. So, 9 business days later after it still was listed as 'in process' I tried calling customer service to see when it would actually be processed. Busy signals for 20 minutes straight. So, I emailed them. 4 days later, no reply. Then I emailed them again and said that I would be contacting the better business bureau and reporting them if I didnt' receive a reply with some sort of explanation or a full refund. Now, 2 days later, I get an email from UPS saying the order has shipped. BAD BUSINESS. Just a heads up. It took over 2 weeks and 2 emails to get any type of response. I would not ever use them again. Let's see if I actually end up getting the placecard holders them delivered.

So sorry you had a bad experience with them! I actually ordered my invites thru their site but I think it was like a different dept or something, and I had no issues at all. Connie was great and had the printing dept fix their errors super fast! I was gonna get my favors thru them, too, but now I don't know... thanks!

i had a similar experience with them but not as bad. i got the same 'in process' message for like a week then i called and they were sent out that day and i got them the next day. i guess it's just hit or miss. but their prices are great IMO

Sorry to hear that! I actually just order photo albums from them a few weeks ago. I never received a email when my order went out. So I called them the lady said that usually it takes about 5 business days to be sent out. Since I was in Suffolk she would send them out that day. But you are right that is not business.

i think you are being too harsh - i get that you had a bad experience with them but i had a wonderful experience ordering my favors through their website - and having your order shipped 12 business days after you ordered them is not 'awful'.

not saying you are wrong, just making sure other girls are aware that this website is not as terrible as you make it sound

I've used them in the past and found them to be great. Things have probably changed, so I doubt I'll use their business again. thanks for the heads up.

It isn't just that it wasn't shipped 12 days later that made me say they were 'awful'. It was the fact that the order wasn't being processed in any way 12 days after I placed it and that the customer service 800 number had a busy signal multiple times when I called it and that I emailed customer service 2 times to see what was going on and never received a response. I have no problem with waiting 12 days to have an order shipped, I just don't like being left hanging with no idea of when I would be receiving it. The timing of the shipping wasn't the issue. It was the customer service or lack thereof. Didn't think that necessitated a I was just speaking from my one and only experience with them. They don't update their order statuses and their customer service does not reply.

They do have good prices, I will give them that. Glad that your experience was better with them than mine.

i LOVEEEE favorwarehouse. Except, I didnt get mine shipped, I picked up the place card holders at their warehouse which is in Farmingdale. You should try that!
